Who can purchase your jewelry?
We only sell to piercers/studios in business, not individuals.

Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide and use tracking for security with Canada Post. Your order is sent via Expedited services. FedEx maybe used upon discussions with our clients. 

What are the accepted forms of payment?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa,  & E-transfer (Canada Only).

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you should get notified by Canada Post via email and receive your order's tracking number. You can use the tracking number to view your orders location and status.

When will I be billed? 
Once we review your order we will confirm with you and send an invoice at which point your card will be charged, in the event that the transaction is not approved you will be contacted.
