Pricing / Warranty / Return Policies

Gold prices are in constant flux. Because of this we will re-assess our prices from time to time. The most current prices will be available on our price list. Gold pieces do not share the same warranty / return policy as our titanium.

We will insure your purchased gold piece for 6 months after shipping or until installed. In the case a gold piece breaks or defects in some way, please reach out to us with a description of what happened, Name + photos of the piece and the order number. Compensation is determined by 3 primary factors.
A.) The price of the piece at the time of purchase B.) The current catalog price C.) Current availability of the piece in our catalog
We will assess your request and do our best to replace the piece based on the above criteria. With the fluctuation of the gold market, pieces may be valued higher at the time of replacement. In this case we will have to request a payment of the difference (Current Catalog Price - Purchased Price) in order to replace the piece. If we cannot replace a piece, we will give a full credit for the piece at the time of purchase.
